Kriya yoga

Kriya means  “Action with awareness” Kriya yoga is a series of 18 asanas given by  Maha Avtar Babaji.  Practising Kriya yoga strengthens our intuition and power of healing which helps a person in enjoying vibrant health, more energy and a relaxed peaceful mind. These asanas are practiced with conscious awareness of breath, alignment and the energy flow within the body. They help to open and energize the subtle energy channels (nadis), balance the chakras and create a state of harmony and receptivity.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a gentle and introspective style of yoga that focuses on long-held, passive poses to promote deep relaxation, flexibility, and mindfulness. It offers a counterbalance to more dynamic and active forms of yoga, allowing practitioners to access deeper layers of connective tissues and cultivate a sense of inner calm.

In Yin Yoga, the emphasis is on surrendering into each pose, finding stillness, and observing sensations and thoughts with non-judgmental awareness. The practice targets the deep fascial networks, tendons, and ligaments, stimulating the flow of energy (prana) through the body’s meridian system. It also helps to cultivate patience, acceptance, and a greater capacity for mindfulness.

Vinyasa Slow Flow is a mindful and graceful style of yoga that combines the dynamic movement of Vinyasa with a slower more deliberate pace. It offers a perfect balance between strength, flexibility and introspection allowing practitioners to cultivate a deeper connection with their breath, body and inner self.

The practice involves synchronizing breath with movement as you gracefully flow through a series of postures creating a moving meditation that enhances mindfulness and encourages a sense of inner calm.

Step onto your mat, surrender to the rhythm of your breath and experience the transformative power of Vinyasa Slow Flow as you cultivate mindfulness, strength and inner peace.

Patanjali Sun Salutation

The Sun Salutation is a prayer in motion. It allows us to use the body as an instrument so we can receive wisdom and knowledge.  This dynamic and invigorating sequence combines asanas (postures) with conscious breathwork, serving as a powerful way to honor the sun, awaken the body, and connect with the inner light of the self.

As said by Swami Satyanand Saraswati-

“Yoga is the most invaluable inheritance of the present. It is the essential need of today and the culture of tomorrow. The ultimate aim of yoga is to expand your consciousness, to open your eyes to the vast number of things around you."
