About Us
Our Story
Anahat is a journey

Anahat was born with a desire to connect with something greater than us, a desire to understand more deeply who we are and what role we play in this lifetime. It is the deep curiosity that was felt about how our bodies, souls and minds connect with the cosmic order and the rhythms of nature..
Anahat is an invitation to explore the depths of your being, ,ignite your inner light and live from the heart.
We are here to support and inspire you on your yoga journey, serving you and sharing a community that celebrates the beauty and transformative power of yoga.

Lots of gratitude to all my masters on this journey who are sutradhar of this vedic wisdom and with whose blessings today, I am custodian of this shrine called Anahat Yoga.
I started reading books on Vedic philosophy and knowledge, which led me to inquire about yoga and what that really is; to the principles of quantum healing and Ayurveda and my awe along with my search continues… And as I searched, I stumbled upon this treasure that had been lying in front of me all this while!
I wanted to share this with people like me who maybe have very little idea of this treasure that is available to us, that which is our heritage and was offered by the Gurus to us to enable us to live a life that is in harmony with nature, with ourselves in rhythm with cosmic order.
The foundation of Anahat is an expression of many years of my practice both on and off the mat. The transformational journey of yoga changed my perspective of the world around me. When I realised that learning to be still and silent can be deeply nourishing… I found my mission: To reconnect everyone to find their SELF… Thus Anahat was created – first as an experience and then as a brand – to share this knowledge with those who are also curious and interested.
I am an instrument who will take you towards our ancestral wisdom. I will unearth and illuminate what we have forgotten…
Welcome to Anahat, where the unstruck sound of your heart reverberates through your practice and into your life and where we return to our roots and rituals.

The Goal Of Yoga
(No, it's not the Handstand).
The yopa pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your hands is not the goal.
The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you really are. The goal is to love, well…YOU.
Come to your yoga mat to feel; not to accomplish. Shift your focus and your heart will grow.
